Annu rani created a new record by qualifying to the final in the world athletics championship which was held in Doha.
The javelin thrower stood in the 5th place in the qualifying round with 62.47m.
Annu Rani broke her own record which was 62.34m during the federation cup in Patiala.
The final round will be held on Tuesday, with the qualifiers in group A and the group B who touched the qualifying mark 63.50.
She is the first Indian women qualified women’s java line throw, and she also the best performer of the qualification round.
In her first trow was a 57.05 second was a 62.47 and finished her third throw 60.50.

Her father was not interested to train her in the sports. But it was her brother who realised her talent and brought her to training in athletics.
Annu rani was coached at first by Kashi Nath Nayak, now she is being coached by baljeet sing.
